How to view your support tickets

When you submit a support ticket your ticket will be given a TICKET ID - keep this ticket id in a secure place as you will need it along with the email address you used when you submitted your support ticket.

Your TICKET ID will be displayed on the next screen after you press the SUBMIT TICKET button.

Example : To read and reply to this ticket - you will need your email address and this Ticket ID: 1LT-58B-V45R
